Darwish Consulting Engineers is a highly professional, consultancy firm established in Cairo, Egypt in 1976, by Late Mr. Abdel Rahman Darwish; the Pioneer of Land Reclamation and Agricultural Development projects in Egypt.

The Vision of Mr. Darwish was to transform “Wilderness” into “Fertility”, which gradually being materialized by the sincere and professional efforts of many followers of his footsteps, who in turn are sparing no efforts to continue this highly vital national mission.

The multidisciplinary approach which DCE continuously adopts adds value and strengthens the firm's capabilities. DCE staff comprises a large number of engineers, planners, architects, economists, environmentalists, agricultural experts, etc.. who join forces and closely associate with many other expertise, such as field surveyors, ecologists, agronomists, financial analysts, and legal advisors -  as required, to achieve all targeted objectives.
